Lee & Associates, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, just named Thomas C. Hiles, SIOR as principal.
Hiles has been in the real estate industry for 32 years with most of his work centered on industrial brokerage. Prior to this job, he was senior vice president at Bull Realty. Hiles also spent time working for Cushman & Wakefield, The Walker Cos., Staubach and First Industrial Realty Trust. In the last five years, he has leased more than 10 million square feet with a gross aggregate lease value of more than $105 million.
Hiles began his career while attending Georgia Tech. He has been a member of the Society of Industrial Realtors (SIOR) since 1994.
