It’s not the first property on Skyridge in foreclosure.
There was this home seized by the bank at $8,886,667, and that later appeared on Bravo TV’s “Million Dollar Listing”:

And at the end of February, the home at 21 Skyridge is scheduled for a foreclosure auction at a published bid of $6,453,082.
